End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Social Parrot

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Social Parrot. This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Social Parrot software ("Software") directly from Social Parrot or indirectly through a Social Parrot authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Social Parrot software. It provides a license to use the Social Parrot software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of the Social Parrot software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Social Parrot software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds

All purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions. Social Parrot does not directly process payments or have the ability to issue refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as dictated by Apple's refund policy. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so directly through Apple Customer Support.
